IWC is a launching pad for ministries and ministers. We believe that as a part of a local church, it is an honor and privilege to serve in the ministries of that church to fulfill the direction God has given to the local body.

Here at IWC, we are an international ministry with various opportunities to share in your gifts and talents to further and enhance God’s vision for this house. In order to produce effective ministries and ministers at IWC, we have implemented protocol for different levels of leadership.
