Leadership Qualifications
Level 1-
IWC Partner – CORE 101 completed and certified
Invitations to all relevant services and events of IWC, Janitorial/Maintenance Rotation, Audio/Visual Training, Cafe and Kitchen attendants, Parking Attendants, The Vine, Assist in IWC events.
Level 2-
IWC Covenant Partner – CORE 101 and CORE 102 completed and certified for a minimum of 6 months with faithful attendance and giving records
Access through level 1
Attendant, Hospitality, Band, Missions, Fine Arts Drama and Dance, Prime Timers.
Level 3-
IWC Covenant Partner – CORE 101 and CORE 102 completed and certified for a minimum of 6 months with faithful attendance and giving records
Background Check completed and cleared by IWC Ministries Pastor according to policies set forth by IWC Board of Directors.
Access through level 2
Security, Adjutant Training, Fine Arts, Adult Discipleship Teachers, Altar Team Training, Prison Ministry.
Level 4-
IWC Covenant Partner – CORE 101 and CORE 102 completed and certified for a minimum of 6 months with faithful attendance and giving records
Background Check completed and cleared by IWC Ministries Pastor according to policies set forth by IWC Board of Directors
Reference Check cleared by IWC Ministries Pastor
Confidentiality form signed
Eligible for all positions of leadership with appropriate paperwork, accountability and responsibility according to the policies and procedures of IWC and the requirements of the Word of God
Access through level 3
Elders, Department Heads, Ministry Directors/Coordinators, Ushers, Adjutants, The Roots, The Vein.
